Review of Curry in a Hurry
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!!! This was really easy to make and really good. My little girl, Sophie even liked it...of course she had to pick out the onions. Lesley wasn't kidding about your house smelling like curry for a long time. I've got my air freshener on high to try to get rid of the smell. The next time I make this however I am going to use coconut milk instead of the cream. Yum.

thank you. I love the smell of curry so it never bothered me. We actually just use 2% milk instead of cream (much to Curtis' chagrin) and it was really good. Glad Sophie even liked it.
Scott suggested coconut milk last time too! (we made it last week, thank you very much Katie!)
If you try coconut milk first, Tori, let me know how it turns out.
We have a Thai restaurant that is pretty close to where we live. They use coconut milk in their curry and it is really really good.
I also made this last week and it was great! MUCH easier than some of my other curry recipes and tastes just as good, if not better! Thanks.
