Hootenanny Pancakes

A Johnson family favorite, and really super easy.

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
6
eggs
1 C flour
1/2 t. salt
1 C milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Melt butter in 13x9 pan until bubbles. Whip remaining ingredients in blender or beater. Pour into buttery pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Should puff up and then fall when removed from the oven. Serve with butter/jam/syrup.

One of my favorite breakfasts of all time! This dish is (more boring-ly-er) known as "German Pancakes" at our house. Try with butter and applesauce, too. Yum.

These are great. Each forkful has a 1 to 1 ratio of eggs to grease. My kind of cooking.

Ok, so I really need to get a blog and be "modern" but since I don't, how do you post?

I have made these a bit lower fat, half the butter, half egg whites. It works but hey, who doesn't love all the butter?
