Great way to dress up boring lettuce and ranch dressing. Always a hit!
Add chopped lettuce to a large bowl...probably one head or one bag's worth.
Add the following and toss:
one can black beans, drained
crushed corn chips
mozzarella cheese, grated
enough ranch to coat the lettuce
