Cheesy Corn Bake

I love this recipe. This is for all the corn fans out there.

4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well-blended. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 34 to 36 minutes or until golden brown.

well then, chris, you'll be happy to know that i fully intend to fill the corn void. i'm sure these recipes will be especially useful for you midwesterners who live in the midst of corn fields...
