Ingredients:
30 large basil leaves
1 clove garlic
4-5 grains rock salt
2-3 Tablespoons pine nuts
1/2-2/3 c. olive oil.
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Blend basil, garlic, and rock salt in food processor. Add pine nuts and olive oil, combine until it's a medium-textured sauce. Add parmesan cheese. Add more of each ingredient to taste. Serve over pasta, chicken, or anything else. Yum.

Wow, that is a lot of basil leaves! They are kinda expensive too. I wish I had a basil garden. I have done this with spinach to replace the basil leaves but it just isn't the real thing- still good though.
