Pizza Crust

This is a very easy crust to make. I have used it for pizza and for calzones.

Yields: 1 crust


1 cup Water warm
2 1/2-3 cupsFlour
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese optional
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Yeast
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Combine ingredients and mix until blended. If using parmesean cheese only use 2 1/2 cups flour.

Cook 20-30 minutes at 375°
