Honey Curry Chicken

Super easy, super good, and pretty healthy too!

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces (or 8 drumsticks)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. curry

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, skin side up.
3. Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken.
4. Cover in foil.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes and then remove the foil.
6. Cook an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
** Baste the chicken every 15-20 minutes with pan drippings, until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.

Wow, this is almost the exact recipe I have, except mine is Honey Mustard Chicken, and I don't use foil while cooking. I just made mine a few days ago. Great minds think alike.
