I'm curious, looking at the original recipe, why did you take out the cream of tarter? I'm definitely going to try these!
I didn't have any. :) So I googled around and found a rough way to substitute baking powder in (which, apparently, is basically baking soda with cream of tartar). It was a rough substitute, but the cookies still turned out GREAT. Very soft and chewy.
Cool! I was just wondering because I have cream of tarter, but I don't even know what it does. :)
